Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

We inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. If product is damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided the damaged goods are returned to us.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality, market-grade produce, and we require our producers to meet that standard. Most of our local produce is grown without synthetic pesticides or herbicides; where a producer does use a permitted chemical input under Certified Organic Associations of BC guidelines, it will be clearly labeled on the product listing. Because our fruits and vegetables aren't treated to maximize cosmetic appearance, they may not always look "perfect" — this reflects the quality and growing practices of our local farmers, not a defect.
